Users
Registered users
Users who signed up on the site (for pchat and My gallery). Requires database.
Chat admins can run commands in the room: /help (list commands), /clear (clear canvas), /clear-layer <0–N> (clear one layer), /clear-chat (clear chat log), /ban <name> (ban a user by chat name).
Bans
Banned users and IPs
When a chat admin uses /ban, the user's chat name and IP are banned. Banned IPs cannot rejoin even with a new account.
